This is how to use spiritual wisdom.
Prayer is the same in any form of spiritual struggle.
Wear it on your body at all times. You can also put it in your pocket or bag close to your body. Just remove it when bathing to prevent it from getting wet and damaging the fabric.
A habak is for one person who will also feed the habak through prayer. Multiple people cannot share in one habak.
Do not wash it to avoid damaging the fabric.
Can be placed in other cloth or container if desired.
Don't include it in the money.
Use the incantation provided with the habak every night. Say the title once and repeat the incantation 3 times.
Then pray 3 Our Fathers, 3 Hail Marys, and 3 Glory Bes before blowing into the habak.
You need to pray every night to be effective protection against all spiritual attacks. Morning and evening are better but not necessary if you are not on a mission.
Don't place it in a low area that can be walked on because that can cause pain.
