Prayer and meditation always go hand in hand. They are like two sides of the same coin—inseparable. If you want to grow in your spiritual journey, do both.
In prayer, the important thing is to speak your mind sincerely. This is a time to be clear about your intentions in life. Through it, we send our message to God and to the various spirits we need to communicate with. It does not mean that you are worshipping the spirits when you speak to them. We worship only God, but we give due respect to all of His creations according to their role—especially if they help us draw closer to the Lord, such as angels, saints, and white fairies.
To help with your prayer, follow this three-part guide:
- Strengthening – Strengthen your faith and connection with God.
- Request – State your intentions and requests clearly.
- Gratitude – Be grateful for all the blessings you have received.
Meditation is the way we receive messages from the spiritual world. These can come as knowledge, inspiration, guidance, prayer, or encouragement—often through meditative experiences, dreams, or spontaneous visions.
Meditation is also a practice of our attention. I teach two types of it. The first is mindfulness meditation, where you focus your awareness on the physical world, usually by focusing on your breath. For this, read Mindfulness Meditation Guide. Second is the third eye meditation, where you focus on images from the other world. For this, study the Third Eye Meditation Guide. These guides are free.
It is good for you to learn both to deepen your awareness of the human world (mindfulness) and the spiritual world (third-eye). Let us strive for balanced development in meditation and prayer.
Thank you very much and God bless you.
