1. Introduction

By booking or participating in any spiritual healing, life coaching, or related services (“Services”) provided by Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services at our farm resort in Cangmatnog, Siquijor, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Nature of Services

All services are intended for personal growth, spiritual development, and general well-being. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions. Participation is voluntary, and clients may choose to discontinue at any time.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. No Guarantees; Individual Results May Vary

While we share success stories to inspire and illustrate potential benefits, it’s important to understand that results are not typical, and not all clients will experience the same outcomes. Results from spiritual healing and life coaching vary significantly for each individual, depending on their unique circumstances, commitment, and readiness for change. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due before or at the time of service, as agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of services. Clients accept full responsibility for their choices and actions.

8. Consent and Release

By participating, you consent to receive spiritual healing and/or life coaching. You release Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services from any and all claims arising from your participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Panimula

Sa pamamagitan ng pag-book o paglahok sa anumang spiritual healing, life coaching, o kaugnay na serbisyo (“Serbisyo”) na inaalok ng Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services sa aming farm resort sa Cangmatnog, Siquijor, ikaw (“Kliyente”) ay sumasang-ayon sa mga sumusunod na Tuntunin at Kundisyon. Mangyaring basahin nang mabuti.

2. Kalikasan ng Serbisyo

Ang lahat ng aming serbisyo ay para sa personal na pag-unlad, espiritwal na paglago, at pangkalahatang kagalingan. Ang aming mga serbisyo ay hindi kapalit ng propesyonal na medikal, sikolohikal, legal, o pinansyal na payo. Kung ikaw ay may kondisyong medikal o mental, mangyaring kumonsulta sa isang lisensyadong propesyonal.

3. Responsibilidad ng Kliyente

Ang bawat kliyente ay may pananagutan sa kanilang sariling pisikal, mental, at emosyonal na kalagayan habang at pagkatapos ng sesyon. Ang paglahok ay kusang-loob, at maaaring itigil ng kliyente ang pagdalo anumang oras.

4. Pagiging Lihim

Ang lahat ng personal na impormasyong ibabahagi sa mga sesyon ay mananatiling kumpidensyal, maliban kung kinakailangan ng batas (hal. may panganib sa sarili o sa iba).

5. Walang Garantiyang Resulta; Maaaring Magkaiba ang Bunga

Bagamat kami ay nagbabahagi ng mga kwento ng tagumpay upang magbigay-inspirasyon at magpakita ng mga posibleng benepisyo, hindi tipikal ang mga resulta at hindi lahat ng kliyente ay magkakaroon ng parehong karanasan o kinalabasan. Ang resulta ng spiritual healing at life coaching ay nagkakaiba-iba depende sa bawat indibidwal, sa kanilang sitwasyon, dedikasyon, at kahandaan sa pagbabago. Walang tiyak na resulta ang ginagarantiya.

6. Bayad at Patakaran sa Kanselasyon

Ang bayad ay kailangang maibigay bago o sa mismong araw ng serbisyo, ayon sa napagkasunduan.
Ang pagkansela ay kailangang gawin hindi bababa sa 24 oras bago ang nakatakdang sesyon. Ang late na pagkansela o hindi pagdalo ay maaaring singilin nang buo.

7. Limitasyon ng Pananagutan

The Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services ay hindi mananagot sa anumang direkta, hindi direkta, incidental, o consequential na pinsala na dulot ng paggamit o maling paggamit ng aming serbisyo. Ang kliyente ay tumatanggap ng buong responsibilidad sa kanilang mga desisyon at aksyon.

8. Pahintulot at Pagpapalaya

Sa iyong paglahok, ikaw ay nagbibigay ng pahintulot na makatanggap ng spiritual healing at/o life coaching. Pinapalaya mo ang Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services mula sa anumang reklamo o pananagutan na maaaring lumitaw mula sa iyong paglahok.

9. Batas na Umiiral

Ang mga Tuntuning ito ay nasasaklaw ng mga batas ng Republika ng Pilipinas.

10. Pagbabago ng mga Tuntunin

The Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services ay may karapatang baguhin ang mga Tuntuning ito anumang oras. Ang mga kliyente ay aabisuhan kung may mahahalagang pagbabago.

Sa pag-book o pagdalo sa isang sesyon, kinikilala mong nabasa, naintindihan, at sumasang-ayon ka sa mga Tuntunin at Kundisyong ito.
