By booking or participating in any spiritual healing, life coaching, or related services (“Services”) provided by Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services at our farm resort in Cangmatnog, Siquijor, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Nature of Services

All services are intended for personal growth, spiritual development, and general well-being. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions. Participation is voluntary, and clients may choose to discontinue at any time.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (eg, risk of harm to self or others).

5. No Guarantees; Individual Results May Vary

While we share success stories to inspire and illustrate potential benefits, it's important to understand that results are not typical, and not all clients will experience the same outcomes. Results from spiritual healing and life coaching vary significantly for each individual, depending on their unique circumstances, commitment, and readiness for change. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due before or at the time of service, as agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of services. Clients accept full responsibility for their choices and actions.

8. Consent and Release

By participating, you consent to receive spiritual healing and/or life coaching. You release Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services from any and all claims arising from your participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

Siquijor Healers Life Coaching Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
