Look Inside Yourself

Amidst the noise, work, and constant thinking, it is easy to lose touch with our inner self.

Mystic Meditation is a simple guided practice that helps us be still, observe, and explore the deeper parts of our consciousness.

You don't need to have any previous meditation experience. You can start where you are now.

Three Foundations

SILENCE

Cultivate concentration and inner silence. Learn not to immediately follow every noise, emotion, or thought that arises.

CONSCIOUSNESS

Develop clear observation of the mind, body, emotions, and experiences occurring within.

DISCOVERY

Explore consciousness, spirituality, dreams, symbols, and other deeper states of experience.

Why “MYSTIC MEDITATION”?

More on Third Eye Meditation

This practice was once called Third Eye Meditation. But the third eye is only one part of a larger journey.

Meditation is not just about sight. It also includes silence, attention, feeling, intuition, dreams, inner understanding, and direct exploration of consciousness.

So the name Mystic Meditation is more appropriate. It encompasses the entire inner and spiritual experience—not just the opening of the third eye.

The third eye can still be studied as one of the deeper topics within the practice.

STUCK IN SIQUIJOR

A LIVING TRADITION

Meditation Rooted in Siquijor

Mystic Meditation is rooted in the living tradition of healing and spiritual practice in Siquijor.

The method was developed from personal training, many years of exploration, and teachings passed down by local healers from their own lineages.

We do not consider tradition as mere decoration or show. It is a living knowledge that should be approached with respect, humility, and continuous practice.

“True tradition is not just remembered. It is continually lived.”

REAL EXPERIENCES

Listen to the Participants

Hear the personal experiences of some of those who participated in Mystic Meditation. What each person may notice, feel, or discover is different.

Statements in the videos are the personal experiences of the participants and do not guarantee the same experience or results for others.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION?

Simple and Guided Process

The typical session is gentle and easy to follow. You don't need to strain your mind or chase any special experiences.

  1. PREPARATION

Sit in a comfortable and safe place. Remove any distractions.

  1. PRAYER AND PURPOSE

We will begin with a short prayer and setting a clear goal for the practice.

  1. SILENCE

We will rest the body and give the usual noise of the mind a chance to subside.

  1. OBSERVATION

You will observe whatever naturally arises—silence, thoughts, feelings, light, colors, symbols, memories, or inner experiences.

  1. RETURN

You will be slowly guided back to normal consciousness.

  1. CONSIDERATION

After the session, you can write or share your experience. Not everyone's experience has to be the same.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

“Important Reminder”

You don't need to have a vision or a unique experience to say that meditation has been meaningful.

Silence, clearer observation, and deeper self-knowledge are now essential parts of the practice.

Do not force any experience. If you feel intense fear, confusion, or emotional distress, stop the session and seek appropriate support.

Mystic Meditation is a spiritual and educational practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
